INFORMATIONS

Participation
All type of teams including UCI, National, Club teams are acceptable. The maximum number per team : twelve (12) riders (maximum 6 Men and 6 Women) and three (3) officials

Events

MEN elite and WOMEN elite- Omunium, Madison, Sprint, Keirin
The maximum number of the participation in each event per team shall be as follows:

Omunium MEN ELITE 2 WOMEN ELITE 2
Sprint MEN ELITE 2 WOMEN ELITE 2
Madison MEN ELTE 1 team Women ELITE 1 team
KEIRIN MEN ELITE 2 WOMEN ELITE 2

Rules and Regulations & Penalty
The rules of this event will be conducted in accordance with the latest Regulations of the International Cycling Union (UCI)，as Class 2 event. The UCI penalty is the only one applicable.

To be classified as a UCI class 2, each event race must include riders from three countries or over. Please note that the race may not meet the classification requirement due to the pandemic of COVID-19.

Cooperation for infection control

Compliance with the JICF competition infection prevention guidelines V202007017 of the announcement from JICF, there is a duty to cooperate with infection-control of the organizers, and to follow the instructions of the officer.

All participants and staffs are required the PCR test at their own expense from 5 days before the first day of the competition to the day before the competition.

Non-spectator event

This competition will be a non-spectator event.

Registration Procedure

All National Federations, teams, or clubs shall submit the entry form by number before 31st May 2021. The organizer will notify teams by June 10th whether or not can participate.
Teams admitted shall submit entry form by name before 15th June 2021 by email.

Participation Fee

Participation fee is 55 USD or 6,000 Yen/ person

Air fare ＆ accommodation

・All travel costs will be borne by the participating teams.Regarding entry into Japan,
please pay attention to the regulations set by Japan and follow those regulations

・All the participating team will be responsible for the cost of their team’s
accommodation and meals.

Land Transport between accommodation and venue

Official accommodation to track venue about 20 min by car.

Insurance

All participants (include but not limited to team officials, riders and their assistants)
are aware that they bear their own responsibility for any injury, accident and / or lost
that may occur during their stay in Japan while taking part in this event. Participants
should take up a properly insurance before leaving their country in order to protect
themselves against any lost and to indemnify themselves against any claims.

It is compulsory for team manager or team representative to attend the team
